Who is behind the I Love my Pino web site?
The I Love my Pino initiative was created by Igor from Locapino, a Pino fanatic, a HaseBikes Pino reseller and a reknown Pino expert. The Locapino company has been operating since 2016 and is the #1 Pino reseller in Europe. See About us for more information.
Where are you based?
We are based in the city of Clisson, in western France, and we operate worldwide.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay either by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that all payment details are processed through e-mail and NOT through an online-payment system.
I cannot find any place on the web site where I can input my credit card details? Is it possible to buy online via credit card payment ?
We are not using an automated online web payment system. You will be contacted by e-mail when we receive your order and we will provide you with a link for credit card payment. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, this is also possible and we will provide our bank details by email.
I’m a company. Can I benefit from VAT-free prices?
Yes. Please send us your VAT number.
In which currency are payments made?
All payments are made in euros.
Will I receive an invoice?
We will include the invoice in your parcel.
Shipping
What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on where you live and ton the content of your order (weight, volume) you put. We will send you an estimate of shipping charges once we receive your order.
Which delivery options are available?
We only use post office services to send your items. Those are the most reliable in our experience.
How fast will I receive my order?
For deliveries in mainland France, expect 2-3 business days. For other European countries, it may take a couple more days. For other countries outside Europe, it may take up to 6 business days depending on where you are. You will receive a link for parcel tracking of your order..
Do customs charges apply?
Not within the European Union. They will apply if you live outside the EU. Please contact us for more details.
Can I retrieve my products from your premises in Clisson?
Yes, sure. Just contact us to arrange a meeting date and time.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes if the items have not been used or worn.
How does it work?
Contact us by e-mail and we will give arrange the parcel return and refund with you. Refunds are done once we have received your parcel and checked that the item has not been worn or used.
Who pays for what?
In case of a return without exchange, you will need to pay shipping charges from your place to our place.
In case of a size exchange, you will need to pay shipping charges from your place to our place AND shipping charges for the replacement item from our place to your place.
Data protection
Are my personal details or order history stored online?
Contrary to most e-commerce sites, we do NOT store any information online. This is volontary and we are proud of this.
Will my contact details, especially e-mails, be used for commercial purposes by I Love my Pino?
No. After your parcel has been received, we will never use your e-mail again, unless you request to be kept informed of our latest updates and new products.
Will my contact details be transferred to other parties?
No.
Do you have access to my credit card details?
No.
